- Consumers of HVAC equipment and systems must win by having competent service.
- Technicians must win by having a way to increase their value to employers, and by having a method of being competently trained that doesn't take years of time and isn't financially over-burdensome.
- Owners must win by having a way to expand their workforce with technically competent people, quickly, and maximize their profits for all of the effort they exert in running an HVAC business.
